Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a baking pan or pizza pan, (greasing the pan is not necessary) Make sure that you put the Strombolis on the pan bottom seam down. Bake at 425° on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes. For best results, turn 90° every 5 minutes. Then switch oven to broil and brush with extra virgin olive oil. (Canola oil or vegetable oil will also work, but extra virgin olive oil is recommenfed.) Broil until golden brown and enjoy! Use a bread knife to cut. When baking more than one at a time, allow for some extra cooking time. Feel free to message me with any questions!
